Project Management and Certification
ProFire will project manage and inspect any small to large-scale building works from design to completion.
Project Management
We will develop an appropriate scope of works, provide a quotation for the works from reputable construction and specialist contractors, and monitor the works to sign-off and handover.
Pro-Fire will only engage fully qualified contracting professionals. Should specialist services be required as part of the project, the specialist will be registered with the relevant professional body and will produce all required certification on completion e.g. FIRAS, NSAI, CIF etc.
Site Inspection & Ancillary Certification
In order to issue appropriate Ancillary Certification to the Assigned Certifier on Building Completion, the Fire Engineer will be responsible for carrying out periodic site inspections in accordance with the Assigned Certifier’s Inspection Plan during construction works.
The Inspection Plan and the proposed Inspection Notification Framework (INF) must be written and agreed with the Fire Engineer, the Design Team and the Assigned Certifier prior to construction.
Pro-Fire are Chartered Engineers with Engineers Ireland and can provide all necessary Compliance and Ancillary Certification. Ancillary Certification will be issued to the Assigned Certifier on satisfactory completion of the works and Inspection Plan.
