HIQA Registration
Achieve your architectural and functional vision while ensuring compliance with building regulations.
HIQA will require confirmation that a suitably qualified person with experience in Fire Safety Design and Management will provide certification to confirm that all statutory requirements relating to Fire Safety and Building Control in the relevant building will be substantially complied with, as required under Article 4(3)(d) of the Health Act 2007 Regulations 2009.
This relates to HSE and non-HSE premises; such as Nursing Homes, Primary Care Centres, High Dependency Units and other health care facilities.
