The Apartment blocks were in need of substantial upgrades that included to provide full access for all people to all levels and areas.

New extensions that included lift and accessible stair access and reconfiguration of the existing apartment layouts helped to make the buildings fully accessible. Particular challenges with head heights were solved in by finding solutions involving ProFire , the architectural and the structural designer. Additional challenges between the external levels and the building entrances and on external circulations routes were effectively designed in co-operation with the landscape designer.

This building is now fully wheel chair accessible and is now home to families and people alike.
