• Cillín Hill
Cillín Hill is the first of its kind in Ireland. A multi-purpose development with a floor area of 16,575m², providing state-of-the-art agri-sales rings, an innovative multi-purpose venue, meeting rooms & conference facilities, a range of office & retail units and bar & restaurant accommodation.
Fire Engineering support was provided to the architects, which was then subsequently followed with Fire Safety Certificate Applications for each separate building. As part of the Cillín Hill Fire Safety Certificate Application an extensive Computational Fluid Dynamics model was developed to demonstrate the efficiency of the smoke control design. Once complete a real life cold smoke simulation was carried out by a third party on behalf of the Kilkenny Fire Authority to further validate the design.
